A seasoned executive with 20+ years of experience in organizational leadership, Janet specializes in helping leaders and businesses transform ideas into tangible outcomes. Her expertise spans nonprofit and government sectors, financial systems, project management, strategic planning, training development, and risk mitigation.

Janet has led several nonprofit organizations and government agencies, enhanced emergency response systems, and championed advocacy for vulnerable communities. She is known for her ability to implement systems, engage stakeholders, and lead organizational changes through policy, process, and people.

Janet Collazo founded Smart Operations Solutions to collaborate with professionals across the U.S. and internationally. The company was born from a need to guide individuals and organizations, both for-profit and nonprofit, in developing leadership and potential to meet the demands of global competition, sustainability, and rapid technological evolution.
